From Information Overload to Intentional Insights

Georgia has a fantastic story to tell about their key industries and A LOT of data to back it up. Keeping valuable information in PDF documents isn’t a great user experience and makes it almost impossible to track engagement and impact. In collaboration with our research team and industry specialists, I led the development of web-based, interactive industry insights that empowered users to get right to the point, easily share it, and access our team of experts with one click. My team was able to continually improve the design and content through analytics, which showed consistently increasing engagement with these new digital resources. Don’t get me wrong, detailed reports have their place in the user journey - they just don’t belong at the top of the funnel!

Asking users and prospects to scroll through a PDF isn’t the best experience. Bulky documents also make tracking engagement and impact almost impossible.
